YINGXIANG POINTS

TIAN ZHU POINTS

These points are called the gates of consciousness or the Tian Zhu, which is located at the base of the skull, aligned hollow areas between the neck muscles.
- Using the index and middle fingers of either of your hand, press firmly upward on both points at once for 10 seconds. Release and repeat until you feel relieved.
Touching these points will help you relieve nasal congestion, eye strain, headache, and migraine.
SHUAI GU POINTS

Located 2-3 cm from from the hairline in the temple area, you can find the Shuai Gu Point. By applying pressure to this point, you can be relieved from eye strain.
HE GU POINTS

The union valley point, or the He Gu, is situated on the web between your thumb and index finger.
⦁ By using your other hand, use your thumb and index finger to pinch the area fimly for 10 seconds.
⦁ Next, make small circular movement using your thumb in this area on one direction.
⦁ Repeat the same process on your opposite hand.
By putting pressure on these points, it may relieve tension on your head and neck, which may cause headache.
