However, ask your doctor first whether you can safely include this fruit in your diet. It may interact negatively with some of your medications. However, if you are healthy and not taking medicines, then you can eat it freely. Always remember to take grapefruit in moderation. Also, too much may raise your blood sugar levels. When that happens, health problems may overcome grapefruit benefits.
