      As mentioned earlier, it can be a sign of a heart problem. When you notice forehead creases, consider visiting your doctor. It is important to watch your health most of the time. Therefore, avoid it if you do not want to have wrinkles at an early age. You better start applying sunscreen once you get out of the house. Also, consider avoiding anything that emits UV light

      7. Smoking

      Smoking can make you old. It can affect the collagen in your skin. Collagen is a type of protein in your body. It helps in making your skin healthy and your bones strong. Also, the toxins that you take from smoking can destroy this protein that can result in aging faster.

      8. Facial Expressions

      Squinting, smiling, and other facial expressions can create fine lines in your skin. Every time you do movements with your face can create deep forehead wrinkles. You can find these creases beneath the surface of your skin. Young people still have flexible skin, making it fine for them to make too many facial expressions. But as you get older, the flexibility of your skin lessens. That is why the deep creases in your skin can become permanent facial features on your face.

      You can see the signs of deep forehead wrinkles right away. Try to look at yourself in the mirror from time to time. Wrinkles are not a big health problem. But it can be a sign of a much bigger health problem. To make sure that you are healthy, talk to your doctor. Suppose your wrinkles are bothering you that much.
