Many are asking especially those people who are not fond of drinking alcohol what is the benefits that they can get from it. Giving up alcohol is not easy especially in people who are suffering from alcoholism problems. Addiction to drinking alcohol is called alcoholism. There are many alcohol side effects that you can get from it, for example too much drinking can affect your health, behavior, and it can cause a financial burden. Although a cliché, there is a popular statement that says “drink moderately” it is a friendly reminder for those people who drink beyond their limit.

      One of the alcohol long term effects that you can get is liver damage. Instead of drinking alcohol, you can opt for a healthier substitute like fresh juices or fruit soda to relieve yourself from cravings.
