      2. Weight Changes

Moreover, gaining weight may have an impact on your skin. Hence, if you are gaining weight, the skin must adjust. It adjusts by stretching out. Having inner thigh stretch marks may be due to the pressure on your skin. However, it may not only be due to weight gain but also to weight loss. If you lose weight, stretch marks may appear darker.

      3. Muscle Gain

If you work out your muscles with weight training, your skin may have stretch marks. Likewise, the stretch marks may occur as red. It is from the muscles that grow in a short period. So, if you are lifting weights or going to the gym, do not panic if a stretch mark appears.

      4. Rapid Growth

      • Marfan Syndrome

Another disorder that may cause a stretch mark is Marfan syndrome. Hence, it affects the heart, eyes, blood vessels, and skeleton. People with this syndrome may have a tall and slender body built and weaker tissue in their heart valves.  However, others choose not to do anything with stretch marks. It is up to you whether you want to lessen its appearance.
