      1. Fights Bad Bacteria

      8. Slows Down Cancer Growth

      Certain studies show that ginger slows down the growth of certain cancers. Also, it can slow cancers like liver, breast, prostate, gastric, and skin cancer.

      13. Relieves Indigestion

      Taking ginger before meals may leave less time for food to stay in your guts. It helps your gut move the food through your intestine. It reduces bloating and cramps. 

      14. Healthy Aging

      Ginger helps in slowing down the aging of several organs. Compounds in this spice may keep your skin’s collagen. If you fear age, slow it down by adding this spice to your diet.
