      Another great about it is the fact that it has an anti-bacterial property. Therefore, people with skin problems can turn to green chilies. If you have an acne problem, it might help to add it to your food. Its vitamin C can make the skin glow and healthy. However, this nutrient is easily lost. It is essential to store your chilies in cool, dark, and dry places. Please do not allow it to stay longer in warm and bright places.

      Many people enjoy their food more with chili, whether red or green. It is okay to eat it every day but in moderation.
