Therefore, one can stay away from health illnesses by eating them more often. The fiber and potassium in broccoli make it good for people with heart problems.

      Buying the best broccoli is not hard to do. Hence, it is good to choose one with a dark green color and firm. Therefore, you should not choose one that is turning yellow and soft. Also, a fresh one will not taste woody, so it is better to cook it eat it right away. Storing it for a long time is not good as it will develop molds.
